Do I have to change my booking tool?
Not necessarily. We start with what you already use and agree the right connections for your studio. Your calendar stays yours.
Do you take a cut?
No. No commission on bookings, and no cut of card payments. Deposits go directly to your own payment account.
Who writes the messages?
We work with you on the tone, answers and studio rules. You approve them. We run the front desk and keep the messages tuned, with anything that needs an artist passed back to you.
What about GDPR and consent forms?
We agree what information is needed, who can access it and how long it should be kept. Your studio approves its own consent forms. We link to records in your accounts rather than building a separate copy. We’ll discuss the data-handling terms before you join.
What happens if I stop?
Your money, mailbox, calendar and files remain in your own accounts. We disconnect Steadyhand and hand back the journey. Easy to join, easy to leave.
